Be the Biologist on Sea Turtles

Written and illustrated by Melody Bell Wilkes

Worldwide field biologists obtain much of the sea turtle data during the summer months when females come ashore to lay their eggs.  Information such as identification, measurements, nesting diagrams, number of eggs laid, etc. are gathered and compiled to identify populations and nesting trends. Readers can role play and become the field biologist encountering their own sea turtle.  Increase math and writing skills by preparing field reports, analyzing data and graphing the results.  Teaching concepts for increasing math and writing skills included.  The tagging form in this activity resembles the same form biologists use today!

$15.95 each plus S & H
